Reminders for Quarter 1 of 2024
It is the beginning of a new year, and with it, statutory renewals as well as monthly obligations, such as:
- VAT return for the month of or for the quarter ended December to be submitted by 29 January
- VNPF contributions to be paid by 31 January, 29 February and 28 March
- Business Licenses to be renewed before 31 January
- VAT return for January to be submitted by 27 February
- VFIPA Annual Survey to be submitted before 29 February
- Road Tax to be paid by 28 March
Let’s not forget the coming Public Holidays:
- 21 February: Father Walter Lini Day
- 29 March: Good Friday
It might also be a good time to check whether your other statutory obligations are up to date, e.g. Annual Returns for companies, Business Names, Work Permit and Residence Visas (if coming up to 10 consecutive years, have you considered citizenship?), Drivers Licenses?
