ATTENTION EMPLOYERS – ANNUAL RETURNS DUE TO LABOUR
The Department of Labour & Employment Services issued a notice to all employers and business houses to request them to submit an Annual Return, in accordance with Section 72 of the Employment Act [CAP.160] (see extract below), within one month of the notice.
Some of you may already have received this notice, if not, it was published on the Department of Labour & Employment Services’ website (see here) and in the Daily Post of Saturday 28 November.
